What Your Weekly Program Fee Includes
Your weekly fee covers safe, supportive housing and access to a structured recovery environment. Serenity Sisters provides accountability, peer connection, and encouragement to help every woman build stability and lasting independence.

Affordable, Transparent, and Compassionate Support
At Serenity Sisters, we believe that recovery should always remain within reach. Our sober living program offers affordable weekly and monthly options designed to provide safe, structured housing without financial strain. Every fee directly supports a clean, comfortable home and the resources that make lasting recovery possible — including community activities, wellness support, and peer accountability.
Non-Refundable Entrance Fee
$150
Required before move-in to secure placement and complete admission. Covers application review, administrative setup, and onboarding costs.
Women’s Weekly Fee
$200 – $250
Covers housing and basic living accommodations only. Food and personal groceries are not included. Residents pay weekly in advance upon move-in.
Shared House Fee
$5 / week
Contributes to shared household essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent.
Random Drug Testing Fee
$45 / test
Charged only when a test is conducted. Supports accountability and ensures a safe, substance-free living environment.
Transportation Fee (Optional)
$50 / week
For residents who require transportation to meetings, appointments, or errands. Includes weekly bed fee and transport services.
Late & Returned Payment Fees
10% Late Fee + $35 Returned Check Fee
A 10% late fee applies to overdue payments. Returned checks incur a $35 fee and are also considered late.
*Fees are due weekly in advance. Entry fee is non-refundable. Bed fee covers housing only — meals not included. A $5 Shared House Fee applies weekly, and $45 is charged per drug test. Late or returned payments incur standard fees.

To maintain a supportive and accountable community, residents are expected to keep their program fees current. Payment arrangements are flexible but structured to encourage responsibility and stability throughout recovery.
- Entrance and first week’s payment are due upon move-in.
- Fees are collected weekly, payable every Friday.
- Late payments may result in temporary loss of privileges.
- Refunds are not available once fees are processed.
